Why should I have a personal trainer?
Because you will work harder and smarter, and enjoy it more.
What happens when I start personal training?
We will chat about your goals and give you a basic health check - and then come up with a plan of action just for you. Whether your goal is to lose weight and tone up or run a 10k or play sport better, we will tailor a programme for you.
Where will I do it?
In a park or seafront, a gym or studio, or your home.
What will I do?
This depends of you and the location, but activities include:
- Walking
- Running
- Sprints and shuttle runs
- Bodyweight exercises (for example, press ups, burpees, lunges)
- Exercises with free weights, kettlebells and medicine balls
- Circuit training
- Agility ladder exercises
- Skipping
- Boxing
- Games (stuck in the mud, relays)
- Stretching
- Core stability

What about my diet?
We give nutritional advice, and we specialise in coming up with practical solutions to real-life problems.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, absolutely. You can (depending on location) bring up to two friends or your partner for no extra cost.
