Our personal training services and children's parties (read more here) are available in Brighton and Hove, too. We can work in your own home, parks, including Hove Park and Preston Park, or on the seafront.

Why should I have a personal trainer?
Because you will work harder and smarter, and enjoy it more.

What happens when I start personal training?
We will chat about your goals and give you a basic health check - and then come up with a plan of action just for you. Whether your goal is to lose weight and tone up or run a 10k or play sport better, we will tailor a programme for you.

Where will I do it?
In a park or seafront, a gym or studio, or your home.

What will I do?
This depends of you and the location, but activities include:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Sprints and shuttle runs
  • Bodyweight exercises (for example, press ups, burpees, lunges)
  • Exercises with free weights, kettlebells and medicine balls
  • Circuit training
  • Agility ladder exercises
  • Skipping
  • Boxing
  • Games (stuck in the mud, relays)
  • Stretching
  • Core stability

What about my diet?
We give nutritional advice, and we specialise in coming up with practical solutions to real-life problems.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, absolutely. You can (depending on location) bring up to two friends or your partner for no extra cost.
