Based at London Fields Fitness Studio, this is a mix of outdoors class on London Fields park in Hackney.
You can drop-in to any class for £5. Meet at the studio.

6.30pm to 7.15pm: Fit To The Core with Simon Cole. For strength, weight-loss, killer abs, and good running-style. Meet studio. £5 drop-in.
Who will like it? Anyone who likes circuit training but wants to improve their running and gulp in some fresh air
What happens? Things that hurt - but make you fitter
Why should you come? Because it is short, sharp fitness shock to start off your fitness week the best possible way
TUESDAY EVENINGS
6.30pm to 7.30pm: HackneyFit outdoor civilian boot camp with Simon Cole. Meet at studio. £5 drop-in.
Who will like it? Anyone looking to tone up, burn fat, boost their cardio fitness and get a strong core
What happens? Circuit training and games
Why should you come? Because you will meet like-minded people
THURSDAY EVENINGS
6.30pm to 7.30pm: London Fields Army Boot Camp with Dean Lenton. Outdoor fitness class based on military training. Meet at studio. £5 drop-in. Read class blog here
Who will like it? Grafters
What happens? A class based on basic military physical training. It’s a whole body workout designed to improve your stamina, speed, agility and strength in fun and interesting ways
Why should you come? Because it's a jungle out there - and this class may well get you through it.
FRIDAY MORNINGS
9.15am to 10am: Friday Fitness Boot Camp outdoor class with Damaris Sanders. Meet at studio. £5 drop in.
Who will like it? People who have Friday off or children at school. Yay for Fridays off. Yay for schools. Great for beginners and experienced exercisers.
What happens? 45 minutes of fitness fun and games
Why should you come? Because then you can enjoy the rest of your day
SATURDAY MORNINGS
8.30am to 9.30am: Fit To The Core with Jo Dillon. Meet at studio. £5 drop-in.
Who will like it? Anyone who wants to get their exercise done before the weekend fun starts
What happens? Circuit training with added dirt
Why should you come? Because Jo is like the PE teacher you always wished you had (though you may not think it at the time)
9.30am to 10.30am: London Fields women-only boot camp with Damaris Sanders. Meet at studio. £5 drop-in.
Who will like it? Those who want a friendly welcome and a good workout at a women-only boot camp
What happens? Cardio and strength exercises and fun banter with the girls
Why should you come? Because Damaris is your likable - if rather bossy - best friend and sister rolled into one
