We are qualified personal trainers based at the London Fields Fitness Studio, under the railway arches in Hackney. The studio has some 20 classes, some of which are free for personal training client but are all open to everyone on a pay-as-you-go basis.

London Fields Fitness Studio was born out of coffee-break chats between Roger Love, of Love London Fitness, and Sapan Sehgal, a trainer with his own independent business, when they were working as trainers at a major gym chain in central London.
They wanted to create something different from the corporate gyms. It is a simple space, unassuming and friendly but run by trainers who know how to get the best out of you.
Classes include circuit training, yoga, pilates, boxing for fitness, and outdoor women's bootcamp. Class timetable here

I've been training with Roger for nearly six months now. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to the training sessions. Every week is different; we try new exercises and games, but boxing is the best. Give it a few weeks and you'll soon notice your progress.
