ADDRESS: Arches 379 & 380 Mentmore Terrace, London Fields, E8 3PH
ON FOOT: We are off the east side of London Fields park, go down Lamb Lane, and we are on the corner in Mentmore Street. From Mare Street, walk up Warburton Road (with London Fields pub on corner) and turn right.
CAR: There is pay-and-display parking in Mentmore Terrace and surrounding roads. It is free at weekend. But please check carefully the restrictions.
TRAIN: The gym is in the same road as London Fields station (towards Broadway Market). There are at least four trains an hour to and from Liverpool Street, which is six minutes away.
BY TUBE AND BUS: Central line to Bethnal Green. Then walk or get 106 or 254 bus towards Hackney Central. Get off immediately after the London Fields pub (on left). The stop is Well Street. Walk up side of pub (Warburton Road), and turn right into Mentmore Terrace.
