STUDIO TIMETABLE
LONDON Fields Fitness Studio is a friendly, independent gym offering personal training and drop-in classes under the railway arches in Hackney E8 3PH, near Broadway Market and Mare Street.
All classes are drop-in and pay-as-you-go.
We operate a loyalty reward scheme. Attending classes can earn you free rewards, such as classes, massages, mini-facials and personal training. Registration is easy - ask next time you are in.

SUNDAY

4pm to 5pm: Little Legends - Old-School Karate (also called Koryu Uchinadi) (ages up to 9 years old) with Joost Frehe. A defensive art that builds self-esteem, increases confidence and concentration, and fosters mutual respect and self-discipline. Prices from £15 a month for one class a week.
5pm to 6pm: KU Children - old-school karate (Koryu Uchinadi) (ages 9 and up) with Joost Frehe. Prices from £15 a month for one class a week.
6.30pm to 7.30pm: London Fields Boot Camp - HackneyFit boot camp with Simon. An outdoor fitness class. £5 drop-in. Included in Groupon

How to find us
ADDRESS: Arches 379 & 380 Mentmore Terrace, London Fields, E8 3PH
ON FOOT: We are off the east side of London Fields park, go down Lamb Lane, and we are on the corner in Mentmore Street. From Mare Street, walk up Warburton Road (with London Fields pub on corner) and turn right.
CAR: There is pay-and-display parking in Mentmore Terrace and surrounding roads. It is free at weekend. But please check carefully the restrictions.
TRAIN: The gym is in the same road as London Fields station (towards Broadway Market). There are at least four trains an hour to and from Liverpool Street, which is six minutes away.
BY TUBE AND BUS: Central line to Bethnal Green. Then walk or get 106 or 254 bus towards Hackney Central. Get off immediately after the London Fields pub (on left). The stop is Well Street. Walk up side of pub (Warburton Road), and turn right into Mentmore Terrace.
