Roger is a fantastic trainer who puts together very challenging, tailor-made sessions in an attentive and professional way. The price is already competitive, but considering the quality of training and personalised approach, Roger's sessions offer excellent value for money. Whether I see him at 7am or 8pm, he is consistently great company, and while the sessions are generally pretty gruelling, they are always brilliant fun.
A perfect blend between a ruthless fitness instructor and someone who actually cares about your day and your woes! I signed up with Roger three months prior to my wedding hoping to get in shape for that perfect day and I wasn’t disappointed.
Being a busy consultant, working out on a schedule can be very difficult and I almost thought I couldn’t, but Roger helped overcome that obstacle by being immensely flexible around my schedule, sending me texts and reminders whenever prime slots would open up.
What I really liked about Roger is that I would never leave a session feeling wiped out, exhausted and too sore to go into work the next day. I always left refreshed, feeling good about having had a good workout and eager to come back for more!

Roger is an amazing trainer and now a dear friend whose fantastic company, sense of humour and professional approach will be sure to continue getting me up at stupid o'clock throughout the winter months. My only complaint is that I want a travel-size Roger to take with me wherever I go.

I hired Roger as my personal trainer when I joined a gym near my work. My work/life balance requires careful planning and Roger ingeniously worked with my schedule, came up with alternatives to the standard hour sessions to make sure that I could make the most of the sessions.
In addition, I have several injuries that require more workarounds for the exercises that Roger used and he carefully listens to see what challenges me physically or what is causing pain to make adjustments. He makes the sessions very enjoyable and I have to say, I love my punishment sessions with Roger - I come out feeling like I have been worked properly. Would thoroughly recommend. Tracy, 33
