Based: London Fields Fitness Studio
Contact: ade@ade-aboaba.com
Ade is a YMCAfit-trained personal trainer (level 3) and a UK Athletics Jog Coach.
One of her clients said: "Ade is positive, encouraging and does not let me slack, which is exactly what I need! Three weeks after starting to work with Ade, I have doubled the length of time I can run for, and I come home feeling proud of myself. She won’t take any nonsense and makes you feel great – she’s like the good witch of running!"

Ade offers 1-2-1 personal training; small group training (up to 4 people); RunHackney classes on Wednesdays at 6.30pm, and masterclasses; Urban Run Tours and Trails; Outdoor fitness; Boxing; Sports specific muscular strength and endurance training; posture, core strength and stability.

Simon Cole, personal trainer and boot camp teacher
Based: London Fields Fitness Studio
Contact: hackneyfit@gmail.com
Simon (AKA 'Hackney Fit') is a registered Level-3 trainer and has also trained as a Run England leader. As well as loving exercise and all its benefits, he takes a holistic view: how the things we put into our bodies and the way we think affect our health and well-being.
He is a strong advocate of free weight training and its contribution not just towards fat burning and muscle toning but also things like posture and confidence.
Simon - who also has a Life Coaching certificate - gets his biggest buzz watching people improve and take control over their bodies. Simon's alter ego is Hackney Tours and he has taken the likes of the BBC on running tours around the Olympic Park.
He likes to make exercise part of daily life and - a keen cyclist - he enjoys functional training and core work. Simon's Hackney Fit outdoor boot camp (every Tuesday at 6.30pm in London Fields Park) is a fun way to get a good CV workout with games and jogging, while bodyweight exercises increase strength and tone.
Likes: Empowerment, ideas, boxing, toast, history, sun.
Disikes: Waiting for summer to start. Expensive state funerals.
