Katy Mackay is a personal trainer from Byron Bay, in eastern Australia, specialising in kettlebell training, weight loss programmes and nutrition counselling. She has a technical approach to training, using proven interval and functional training methods to reduce body fat percentage to achieve that lean and toned celebrity look. To overcome the time constraints of modern life, Katy tailors her fitness programmes to suit even the busiest of clients.
She says: “The key to achieving fast results is to combine weight and cardio training with a clean, low calorie, high protein diet. Clients who follow my programme see amazing changes in their bodies.”
Katy is certificate 3 and 4 qualified (Fitness Institute Australia), an advanced kettlebell instructor (Kettlebell Training Academy), Thump Boxing Advanced instructor, Schwinn Cycle accredited and has a degree in Professional Communications.
Likes: Kettlebells, swimming in the ocean early in the morning, freshly squeezed juices and drinking coconuts!
Disikes: Accidentally dropping cutlery on the floor. I don't know why but this irritates me so much!

Damaris'a career in the fitness industry began 20 years ago when she qualified as a group exercise instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and established Aerotone aerobics classes in Buckingham and Oxford whilst studying for a degree in Business Administration & Management. She is now a CYQ certified gym instructor and personal trainer and also holds a graduate qualification in Core Essentials Coaching from Coach U.
Damaris takes a positive approach to functional training and designs simple yet effective tailored exercise programmes which enable her clients to achieve their fitness goals. Fun, friendly and results-driven, her passion for training is infectious and she will get you working hard and smiling at the same time.
Likes: Sunshine, dancing, travelling by train and bicycle, cooking and eating food from all over the world, baking cakes and cookies with unusual ingredients.
Disikes: Tinned baked beans and boiled carrots.

Carole is a personal trainer and running coach. She has always been active, loves running and, after years spent looking after horses as a teenager, loves being outdoors whatever the weather. Carole can train you in your home, the studio or the park. You can bring your children to the session if it’s easier for you.
Carole says: "I truly believe that everyone can enjoy being active and improve their life by doing so. I understand that modern life is a balancing act and fitting in exercise is often a challenge. In particular, I understand how hard it can be to get back into shape after having children. But the benefits of exercise are massive, in terms of ment and physical health, and to develop the strength and stamina needed for a busy life. Wherever you’re coming from, I want to help you get active, enjoy exercise and get results.”
Carole is a Future Fit-trained REPS Level 3 personal trainer and advanced instructor. She is on the Register of Exercise Professionals and is CRB checked.
She loves: Playing with my two gorgeous sons; hanging out at summer festivals with friends; running through the park on a bright and frosty morning
She dislikes: Not getting enough sleep. |
